Coaching, consulting and implementation

The VIP Spa Performance Diagnostic provides a structured review of your operations, evidence-backed findings and a prioritized action plan. Coaching supports the decisions, accountability and follow-through around your business priorities.

Hands-on implementation and system buildout are separately scoped and contracted. Coaching does not automatically include the Diagnostic, continuing education, software or partner services.
